What Makes Us Unique?
The League was founded by two male executives whose career and life paths have bestowed us with novel perspectives on gender/diversity dynamics. At the same time, we are very well versed in male executive and investor perspectives, and tribal dialects.
From our travels and research, it is considerably easier getting men on board, intellectually and emotionally, if the case is made by another man, preferably with similar backgrounds. This applies at all levels of organizations, the top being most important for systemic change.
We draw on a novel mix of experiences that include executive positions in strategy, technology, and turnaround consulting, investment banking, software/e-commerce, People functions including diversity & inclusion, executive recruiting, and workshop formulation and delivery.
